Hucosport® – A Structured Method for Wellbeing & Performance Development
Why was Hucosport® developed?
The structured performance development approach behind Hucosport® method emerged from a practical need.
In sports, coaching, and organizational development, the focus has often been on goals, programs, and metrics. Results were measured — but the individual way people act and make decisions often remained in the background.
People are motivated in different ways.
They react differently to pressure and workload.
They make decisions differently.
Without understanding these differences, development remains superficial.
Hucosport® was created to provide a structured wellbeing & performance development method that integrates:
- preferred action style
- motivation structure
- workload and recovery balance
- decision-making behavior and performance
The goal was not to create a test.
The goal was to build a practical framework for systematic performance development.
The Methodological Foundation
The Hucosport® method is based on three core principles.
1. Understanding the Action Style
Every person has a preferred way of thinking and acting. This influences decision-making, motivation, communication, and behavior under pressure.
2. Balance Between Workload and Recovery
Performance cannot develop without managed workload and sufficient recovery — whether in sports, professional work, or learning processes.
3. Structured Wellbeing & Performance Development
Sustainable development requires a clear and repeatable model. Hucosport® provides a framework that can scale from the individual level to teams and entire organizations.
Hucosport® is not a personality test. It is a practical tool for systematic wellbeing & performance development.

According to Susanne, the relationship is broad:
our ability to adapt, collaborate, learn, and manage work demands is directly connected to our physical wellbeing.
As a wellbeing coach, Susanne does not criticize clients. Instead, she helps them discover their own motivation and meaningful ways of working.
Personally, Susanne draws much of her energy from movement and time spent in nature.
